Position Summary
The Project Manager is an experienced design professional with full responsibilities for managing all architectural aspects of multiple projects. The position is also responsible for coordination of all project efforts including schedule, budget and scope of work and actively manages project teams.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages one-to-two large projects per year and several small projects simultaneously including leading an internal project team and coordination of external consultants from schematic design through project completion
- Assists with the investigation and preparation of due diligence reports (PSA, FSA, etc.) for sites and locations under consideration
- Prepares and manages architectural project budgets and consultant budgets
- Collaborates with team members in other divisions (Project Managers, Civil Managers, Development Managers) to ensure the successful outcome of all assigned projects
- Assists in the creation and development of prototypical details based on industry best-practices as well as internal preferences including constructability and desired aesthetic
- Mentors and develops talent (junior staff) – unstructured
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Professional Degree in Architecture
- 8 years of experience in Architecture
- 5 years’ experience in project management an construction administration
Preferred Requirements
- Licensed Architect in MN or applicable state
- LEED Accreditation
Pay
This is a salaried position starting at $94,000.00 and pays up to $129,000.00, based on experience and qualifications.Benefits
