Position Summary
The Corporate Facility Engineer is responsible for keeping the corporate campus facilities well maintained and safe. They make certain all mechanical systems are working properly including HVAC, plumbing, boilers and more. The Corporate Facility Engineer also provide a positive experience for our team members and guests.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Inspects, repairs, and maintains HVAC equipment, plumbing, electrical systems
- Ability to manage vendor communications, schedules and obtain and review quotes
- Ensure state regulations and building codes are met
- Ensures safety of multiple buildings, staff, and members by ensuring fire and alarm protection devices are to the standards of local and state regulations and building codes
- Responds to repair requests and prioritizes emergency repairs
- Records all repair and preventative maintenance into the Service Channel work order system
- Reports activity to management team
Position Requirements
- HS Graduate or Equivalent
- 3 to 4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training
Preferred Requirements
- Two-year college degree in a related field
- CFC license
- State approved Boiler/Engineers License preferred
