Position Summary
The Director of Membership Planning and Pricing is responsible for leading the company strategy and execution of membership assortment planning and pricing to maximize company revenue growth.
The ideal candidate has experience in both retail and finance and can seamlessly correlate the impact of strategic pricing on subscription and revenue growth. This role requires a dynamic leader who will lead a small team of analysts responsible for managing and refining models to maintain accurate forecasting of future results. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives and market dynamics.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Analyzes and identifies opportunities to improve the membership offering to maximize membership and revenue growth of each Life Time club.
- Assesses club and market conditions, including competition and market penetration, to develop strategic offerings and pricing to achieve optimal financial results.
- Evaluate business performance on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to define and recommend adjustments that will improve results.
- Provides information for executive leadership by preparing short-term and long-term revenue forecasts and special reports and analysis.
- Collaborates extensively with corporate and field leadership to assess and react to changing business trends to meet lofty collective business goals.
- Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing ROI analyses; establishing timing and action with technology and operations partners.
- Engages with analytical resources across the company to ensure forecast synergies and accuracy.
- Identifies opportunities to leverage AI and machine-learning technologies to improve process efficiency and/or results.
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and pricing optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market trends, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or related field; Masters degree preferred.
Years of Experience:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in pricing, membership planning or related fields, preferably in a health or fitness, hospitality or subscription-based business.

This is a salaried position starting at $118,000.00 and pays up to $163,000.00, based on experience and qualifications.Benefits
