Position Summary
The Executive Producer is responsible for the daily production and strategic in emerging disciplines of Life Time Live Streaming and On Demand classes, specifically focusing on the expansion of meditation content. Working with instructors, planning show, and executing new concepts.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Partners with producers to enhance performance elements
Assess current process, develop roadmap, and drive digital strategies
Approve/Develop production quality
Collaborates closely with instructors, studio leaders, and cross-functional business partners
Develops series and class offerings according to Life Time’s programming guidelines
Minimum Required Qualifications
10 years of related experience in production, specifically live studio production
Strong leadership and communication skills
Previous experience managing and leading a team
Understanding of the industry
Passion for content creation
Experience in reporting on KPIs
Experience, understanding and passion for fitness
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working with digital or live streaming operations
Familiarity with Azure Media Platform (For future ability on using streaming for quality assurance and trainings)
The ability to inspire performers
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to solicit, listen and apply feedback effectively
A self-starter attitude with a consistent track record of meeting deliverables & timelines while maintaining high standards for quality of work
No ego and a team-oriented approach to working with others
