Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Support Specialist in Culinary Operations to join our team. This role involves extensive travel to various locations, providing hands-on support and training to our culinary staff while driving operational excellence and revenue growth, while also maintaining the highest standards of food quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, a proven track record in leadership, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences that reset standards and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to various locations to provide on-site support for culinary operations.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on food preparation techniques, safety practices, and service standards.
- Collaborate with local teams to implement menu changes, new recipes, and best practices.
- Conduct regular assessments of kitchen operations to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Address any operational challenges, providing solutions to improve efficiency and food quality.
- Assist in the development and testing of new menu items and culinary concepts.
- Gather feedback from staff and customers to enhance service and product offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, assessments, and operational improvements.
- Act as a liaison between culinary teams and corporate leadership to communicate needs and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in the culinary field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a culinary operations role, preferably in a multi-location environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and inspire others.
- Willingness to travel extensively, with the ability to adapt to different environments and cultures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, Crunchtime, Agylysis

Pay
This is a salaried position starting at $70,000.00 and pays up to $97,000.00, based on experience and qualifications.Benefits
