Position Summary
The LifeSpa Lash Specialist provides various lash services and treatments that improves the guest’s overall sense of well-being and enhances the club experience. This includes services such as lash extensions, lash tinting and lash lifting that exceed the guest’s expectations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Provides individualized lash services and treatments that meet the clients’ needs and expectations
Educates clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services and treatments
Discusses options with clients to determine the individual needs of each client
Maintains LifeSpa and Salon appearance and cleanliness
Serves as an expert in skin analysis and maintenance regimens
Promotes all LifeSpa and Salon products, services and treatments
Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry
Minimum Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Esthetician or Cosmetologist License in state where work is performed
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions
Ability to stand, walk, feel, reach and lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of lash experience
6 months of sales experience
Knowledge in Salon Biz software
