Property Management Energy Intern
This role will help assess the impact and viability of Building Automation & Controls and the impact on Energy use across Life Time. As a key component of our Life Time sustainability strategy this work will help advance our efforts to reduce energy and meet our sustainability goals. This candidate will possess strong analytical, project management and communication skills and work closely with our Energy and Asset Management teams.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Conducts a variety of general administrative tasks as assigned
- Works cross-functionally with teams to execute strategies to meet business needs for Real Estate, Construction, and Development
- Assist in process deliverables
- Conducts independent research regarding fitness trends, market analytics, and real estate
- Develops presentations to inform leadership and advise cross-functional teams
- Observes multiple office positions and trains in a variety of tasks
- Attends company meetings and functions as needed
- Assists in other miscellaneous tasks as needed
Minimum Required Qualifications
Education:
- Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program
- Currently maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or higher

Pay
This is an hourly position with wages starting at $14.25 and pays up to $17.00, based on experience and qualifications.Benefits
