Life University is excited to be launching our MBA program in Fall 2025. To support our program, we are looking for experienced Faculty Members who would like to serve as Adjunct Faculty and teach some of our MBA course offerings.

The purpose of an Adjunct MBA Faculty Member is to fulfill the educational mission of the department, the college, and Life University by providing high-quality instruction in graduate business courses. - Organizational Behavior
- Leadership and Ethics
Job Responsibilities
- Comply with Life University’s Honor Code and Faculty Handbook policies.
- Deliver engaging, academically rigorous content in assigned MBA courses.
- Maintain classroom professionalism and foster a supportive learning environment.
- Prepare and publish a course syllabus via Blackboard each quarter.
- Maintain appropriate office hours and availability for student interaction.
- Complete necessary documentation and grading promptly and accurately.
- Participate in curriculum and assessment activities as needed.
- Attend department meetings and contribute to university initiatives.
- Stay current in field through ongoing professional development.
- Complete service hours and committee participation as outlined in the Faculty Handbook.
