Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Director to oversee our residential programs and ensure top-quality service delivery. The Deputy Director will play a crucial role in managing operational functions, supporting the Executive Director, and leading continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Management: Lead continuous improvement processes and data-driven decision-making.
- Performance Evaluation: Set and assess performance goals for programs and departments.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Executive Director on strategic initiatives.
- Program Management: Track and report on program outcomes and goals.
- Leadership: Represent residential services on the Senior Leadership team.
- Compliance: Ensure programs meet all certification requirements.
- Client Support: Work with Program Directors in ensuring person-centered supports.
- Supervision: Oversee and manage the Residential Director team.
- Training: Implement and communicate residential operating policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, education, psychology, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of five years in upper management, preferably in non-profit and disability services.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Technical: Proficient with Microsoft Office and cloud-based databases.
- Certifications: Valid driver’s license, CPR/1st Aid Certification and required criminal clearances.
