JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for procedural support to physicians in the Cardiac Catheterization lab. These technical duties include all procedures performed in the Cath lab; invasive cardiac diagnostic, interventional cardiac, diagnostic vascular, interventional vascular, electrophysiology and structural heart. Responsible for advanced technical assistance to other technologists and RN staff.
Responsible for independently running Stress Tests.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Cardiovascular Technology or Radiology Technology.
- 1-3 years of experience.
