**Job Summary:**
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our Staff Resource Pool team, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans for our residents. Your daily operations will focus on ensuring the needs of our residents are met, and you may assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (diploma)
- Licensed Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification
- Basic computer skills; Phillips Monitoring System; EKG Machine, Specialty Bed Operation
