Clinical Coach, ED
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Coach to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Clinical Coach, you will play a crucial role in the development and growth of new nurses in the Emergency Department.
About the Role
This position requires a skilled professional with strong clinical expertise and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will work closely with preceptors and orientees to ensure a smooth transition into the department and provide guidance and support throughout the orientation process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective orientation plans tailored to individual needs.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions to enhance critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Evaluate progress and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an RN in the Emergency Department.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Maryland or eligible for compact state licensure.
- AHA certifications in BLS and ACLS.
