As a Nurse Educator - Full-Time - Education, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating education programs based on adult learning principles. Your collaboration with nursing leadership and clinical nurses will help support nursing professional development and competency, ultimately elevating nursing practice across our service lines and hospitals. To succeed in this role, you will need a strong foundation in nursing education, including a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a National Certification in Nursing Specialty, Nursing Professional Development, or ASTD. While previous education/teaching experience is preferred, it is not required.
