We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital. As a member of our nursing staff, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to meet the needs of residents
• Utilize basic physical assessment skills to provide effective patient care
• Participate in daily unit operations and assume leadership roles as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (diploma) with current licensure for practical nursing
• AHA CPR certification
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in the Phillips Monitoring System and EKG Machine
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
