Your Role
In this role, you will work as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our post-acute services team. You will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans. You will also attend to daily operations on a per-shift basis and assume leadership roles as needed.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* Graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing
* Licensed for practical nursing
* AHA BLS CPR certification
