**The Role**
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans for residents. This role requires knowledge of a specialized field and assumes responsibilities of a leadership role as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans for residents
- Attend to daily operations of the unit on a per shift basis
- Assume responsibilities of a leadership role as needed
Requirements:
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing (diploma)
- License for Practical Nursing
- AHA BLS CPR Certification
- Basic computer skills; Phillips Monitoring System; EKG Machine, Specialty Bed Operation
