The Registered Nurse (RN) provides patient-centered care to individuals in compliance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act, Standards of Practice, and organizational protocols, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Clinical Requirements:
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State, if resident of that state
- Minimum 2 years Nursing Experience specific to Emergency Services or 3-5 years of other acute care experience preferred
- BLS required
- ACLS within 6 months of hire
- PALS and Hazmat within one year of hire
- Certification in Emergency Nursing Preferred
