Job Summary:
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis. The successful candidate will evaluate patients, plan and administer treatments to relieve pain and restore or improve function, based on physician referral.
The Occupational Therapist will provide professional care in accordance with AOTA standards and Maryland State Board of Examiners scope of practice.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients to assess their functional abilities and develop treatment plans to meet their needs.
- Administer treatments to relieve pain and restore or improve function, based on physician referral.
- Provide professional care in accordance with AOTA standards and Maryland State Board of Examiners scope of practice.
Requirements:
- Basic professional knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.
- Working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- Maryland Occupational Therapist Licensure.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
