Summary
JOB SUMMARY: The rehabilitation coordinator provides support and direction to therapy services within identified programs as defined by the management team; inclusive of PT, OT, SLP and support staff. Also ensures regulatory compliance, quality care and safety standards. Coordinator will cooperate with inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs to ensure appropriate staffing and create a supportive continuum of care for our patients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Seasoned professional knowledge; equivalent to a Master's degree; knowledge in more than one discipline
- Rehabilitation discipline (PT, OT, or SLP preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience
- American Heart Association CPR Certification
- MD License to practice rehabilitation discipline
