LPN-LTC Baltimore, MD Position Summary:
This full-time position at Levindale Hospital requires a Licensed Practical Nurse to work night shifts from 7:00pm-7:30am. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nursing principles and basic physical assessment skills.
Job Description:
Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, the Licensed Practical Nurse will develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to meet the needs of residents.
The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to daily unit operations on a per shift basis and assuming leadership roles as needed.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (diploma)
- License for Practical Nursing
- AHA CPR Certification
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of specialized equipment such as Phillips Monitoring System; EKG Machine; Specialty Bed Operation
