As a seasoned RN, you have the opportunity to take on a leadership role as an RN Team Leader at LifeBridge Health. In this capacity, you will be responsible for overseeing nursing practice, performance management, and education-related competencies for assigned areas.
Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, providing direct patient care and utilizing evidence-based practice to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to facilitate multidisciplinary care for patients.
- Develop and maintain a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork among staff members.
Requirements:
- A strong educational background, preferably an Associate's Degree from an accredited nursing school or higher degree.
- At least 5 years of experience as an RN in Behavioral Health, with a demonstrated ability to lead and administer.
- Current CPR certification (AHA Healthcare Provider) and Registered Nurse (RN) licensure are essential.
- Psychiatric Nurse Certification (PNC) is highly recommended.
