Lifebulb is seeking a highly motivated, positive individual to join our growing team. This person will serve as a primary support to our team of therapists by coordinating care for clients, primarily by scheduling new incoming clients.

- Ability to learn new processes quickly
- Comfortable working in a growing and changing environment
- Bachelor’s Degree a plus
- Comfortable working in-person from office setting and remotely from home

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from new clients seeking to schedule an intake counseling session
- Gather pertinent client demographic, billing, and insurance information
- Set up new client charts in an Electronic Medical Records system
- Schedule new clients with the right fit in counselor or therapist
- Perform outbound calls to coordinate scheduling-related needs with new and current clients
- Coordinate with team of therapists and support staff to problem-solve client scheduling issues
