The Acute Care Registered Nurse provides safe and efficient patient care using professional knowledge and skills in accordance with the Minnesota Nurse Practice Act and LifeCare Medical Centers policies and procedures. The Registered Nurse demonstrates professional development and clinical competency utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

Location: Roseau Campus
Shift: evening prenatal class
Job Schedule: classes in evening
Hours:4-8 hours every 3 months
FTE:. flex/casual
Weekends
Holidays:
Education to women and their support person.
Facilitate optimal health for patients
Educate patients and their support person of options for pain management
Educate community on lifestyle to promote healthy baby outcomes.
Public speaking
Prenatal and postpartum care education
Teach in different settings.
You’re An Excellent Fit, If You Have
associates degree from accredited nursing school; BSN preferred
valid current MN RN license or ability to obtain
BLS certification
ACLS certification preferred
strong communicaiton skills
excellent critical thinking skills
excellent interpersonal skills

- Pay Range: $37.06-$55.59
- It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case and on several factors including relevant work experience, education, certification & licensure, and internal equity. Hourly pay is just one part of the compensation package for employees.
