LifeConnections is a behavioral health care provider with residential programs all across Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. We primarily serve adults with developmental disabilities and complex mental health conditions.

Openings: Community Integration Specialist (Full Time, 3 Day/Week!)

Compensation: $18.00/Hour, plus $15/day, per client for transportation!

Location: Rockland, ME Region

Hours / Schedule:

• 39 hours/week.
• Three 13 hour days/week.

Client Description:

We are seeking a Community Integration Specialist to work with one individual (male in his 40's) in the Rockland, ME area. Support will be 1:1. We are looking for someone who is very active and highly motivated, with confidence in being eyes on as needed. Candidates will need strong communication skills with the ability to offer positive encouragement and redirection to support this individual. Reliable transportation is a must! The individual will need prompts and reminders for ADL's, assisting/modeling in household responsibilities, such as emptying the dishwasher, and support in his daily routines. He enjoys putting together puzzles, working on latch hook rugs, and watching TV. He would enjoy activities that would provide community inclusion.

Hiring Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license required & 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Satisfactory completion of background screening and applicable pre-employment checks
• Vehicle insurance (required to transport clients in your vehicle)
