Position Title: Part Time Community Integration Specialist (DSP)

Location: Somersworth, NH

Compensation: $21.00/Hr plus a daily gas stipend.

Status: Part Time Opening!

Total Hours/Week: 22 hrs/wk, Day Time Hours! (FLEXIBLE)

Work Schedule:

Can Be Flexible!

Tuesday 8:30AM-2:30PM

Wednesday 8:30AM-2:30PM

Thursday 10:30AM-2:30PM

Friday 8:30AM-2:30PM

Client Description:

Individual is a bright and pleasant woman in her early 50's who resides with her Home Care Provider in the seacoast region of NH. She is a very outgoing woman who enjoys socializing and being in the community. She has issues with dexterity, she needs verbal prompts for water, and she wears a gait belt. She is a very polite woman who loves to go for rides and likes to be social, meets new people and is looking for a Community Integration Specialist who can help her get out into the community. Individual does have some medical needs and staff should be comfortable helping with medical needs of individual. Community Integration Specialist will receive proper training from medical team.

What Does a DSP Do?

- Be a positive role model and provide supervision and mentoring to clients out in the community.

- Teach essential life skills, including daily living skills, community engagement, etc.

- Improve clients' social, interpersonal, and coping skills through respectful relationships.

- Help shape growth, build trust, and offer emotional stability during moments of crisis.

- Lead recreational and social activities, fostering a fulfilling environment.

What Shifts Are Available?

This is a Part Time Position.

Hiring Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license required & 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Satisfactory completion of background screening and applicable pre-employment checks
• Vehicle insurance (required to transport clients in your vehicle)
