What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Materials Coordinator position at LifeCycle Consulting?
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Materials Coordinator to join our team. This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and document control systems, such as Veeva PromoMats. Experience in the medical device industry is helpful, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Create and edit documents, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Manage and organize files, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Assist with document control and maintaining data integrity
- Apply Branding Standards
- Support team members as needed
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and document control systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
Nice to have:
- Able to work on-site occasionally
- Experience searching for and reading clinical documents
- Experience with Veeva Vault Promomats
- Relevant industry experience
Hours per week will be 35-40, with wages of $30-$50 per hour. We are looking for a candidate who is seeking a stable, long-term role within our firm, with the potential for advancement for those who are interested.
