What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Director position at LifeCycle Logistics?
This role will assist the Director in the daily fulfillment of planned production and services for custom crating and packaging orders and take direction from upper management to provide oversight of a clean and safe shop and office. The assistant is responsible for receiving / deliveries / releases and must have valid driver's license with no major violations. The assistant is responsible for managing the security system and locks, and plan and document the maintenance of tools, equipment, building and vehicles. Requirements include independent use of CNC machine, stencil machine, perform leak tests (will provide training) and use common shop tools (saw, drill, paint sprayer, tape measure). Additionally, the Assistant Director will conduct monthly safety meetings and perform shop inspections.
