Role Description: This role will be responsible for increasing referral activity with new and existing LifeFone accounts via phone and email. The ideal candidate will work directly with our referral partners and the internal LifeFone Sales Team. Candidate must be able to travel to on-site office in central Massachusetts for hybrid role.
Your Responsibilities:
Build, establish, and manage relationships with new and existing LifeFone Referral Sources, which include case managers, social workers, nurses, care managers, owners, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide excellent support that meets or exceeds customers’ expectations.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal sales and customer service team.
- Educate referral partners on existing and new LifeFone products and services.
- Process referrals via LifeFone Web Portal.
- Document all activities in Salesforce.com.
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
- Strong customer service support.
- Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare Advantage Plans.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
