Please read this job description carefully. This job is outdoors. employees will be exposed to heat and sun and shade may be limited at times. It is recommended that you eat and drink before your shift and during your downtime while working to maintain energy levels, focus, and proper hydration.
 

Job Purpose: Responsible for monitoring the facility entrance to prevent unauthorized access and general facility upkeep.
 

Duties:

• Enforces all rules and regulations at the facility entrance. Does not serve as a lifeguard.
• Reports any unsafe conditions to the District Supervisor.
• Completes required records and reports (smartphone strongly recommended).
• Maintains constant surveillance of facility entrance
• Keeps facility clean, empties trash, cleans bathrooms, skims and vacuums pool.
• Presents a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Attends all scheduled shifts.
• Completes other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must be at least 15 years of age upon first shift.

Must be reliable and able to work shifts averaging 8 hours in length in the heat and sun (shade provided).

Have a friendly attitude. Greet patrons as they enter and exit the facility. While holding firm on enforcing rules and regulations.

Have a cell phone to stay in constant contact with supervisor while working.

Salary : $15 - $20
