Type of work : Preparation and prosecution of US patents, patent opinions, patent portfolio management, due diligence, licensing
Technical background : Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Organic Chemistry, Molecular Biology
Requirements :
- At least 4-5 years of solid patent agent or attorney experience
- At least a $200K portable book of business
- USPTO registration (for agents and attorneys); State Bar (for attorneys)
