Senior Reimbursement Professional
Lifelancer is seeking a highly skilled Senior Reimbursement Professional to lead our corporate reimbursement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective reimbursement strategies to optimize compensation for services rendered
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of Medicare and Medicaid cost reports
- Analyze and interpret changes in reimbursement regulations to inform business decisions
- Provide expert-level guidance on Medicare and Medicaid regulation and payment rules
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and healthcare providers
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Health Administration
- Minimum 10 years of experience interpreting Medicare and Medicaid payment regulations
- Proven track record of success in leading reimbursement initiatives
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Benefits:
