Reimbursement Director Position
Lifelancer is seeking a highly skilled Reimbursement Director to lead our corporate reimbursement efforts.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement effective reimbursement strategies to optimize compensation for services rendered
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of Medicare and Medicaid cost reports
- Stay up-to-date on changes in reimbursement regulations and provide expert-level guidance to internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and healthcare providers
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Health Administration
- Minimum 10 years of experience interpreting Medicare and Medicaid payment regulations
- Proven track record of success in leading reimbursement initiatives
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Compensation:
A competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
