Primary Duties:
- To be a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ to co-workers, clients and ministry partners
- Actively participates on the team in a manner aligned with scripture including, but not limited to, praying for and with other team members, sharing scripture in daily activities and leadership, modeling the character of Jesus Christ in interactions with team and any external clients, partners, vendors, etc.
- Disciples’ ministry partners and clients.
- Aligns team dynamics, internal & external processes, and final product of team’s work with Biblical principles and with Lifeline’s Core Values
- Support for management of the international databases (SharePoint, SAM. LEP) Open, scan when necessary, and distribute incoming mail
- Preparation and mailing of documents for certification/authentication process
- Preparation and mailing of immigration paperwork
- Preparation and mailing of dossiers as needed
- Scan, file and upload all paperwork relating to Prospective Adoptive Parents files
- Coordinate details regarding FedEx and DHL shipments including but not limited to scheduling pick-ups and charging families accounts
- Post-adoption support, finalizing and filing post-adoption reports, support submitting final reports as needed
- Management of program Teams/Zoom meetings and calendar, recording minutes, and maintain meeting logs
- File management for out of state team members
- Provide support for program’s social media accounts
- Manage and request wires or check requests
- Manage the waiting child portal and advocacy for program region
- Coordinate hospitality for guests of the International Adoption ministry
- Assists the Program Manager with various tasks as assigned
- Support for interoffice administrative projects
- Support for general International Adoption projects
- Special projects as needed by the team or agency
- Other duties or projects as assigned by supervisor or Leadership
- Minor adjustments in above listed duties may be needed in order to meet the needs of the specific state office. These adjustments are at the discretion of the State Director with the help of the Regional Director.
- At least two years of undergraduate education or equivalent experience, required
- Must be able to work in person. No opportunity for remote or Telehealth work
- Work is performed in a professional office environment
- May require local travel from time to time
