Our high-volume dispatch center (100K calls per year) is the nerve center of operations, and we need a Director of Communications (Dispatch) who can lead, inspire, refine, and executeall while keeping calm under pressure.

Must-Haves: Only Apply If You Can Bring the Fire!
To thrive in this role, you must have:
- EMD. ETC or EMS Certification: You know how to handle emergency medical dispatch like a pro and have other call taking proficiency.
- Proficiency in CAD systems, preferably ZOLL Right CAD. If you've mastered other CAD systems, we expect you to level up fast.
- Proven leadership experience in EMS dispatch or a high-volume call center. Youve led teams, refined processes, and driven results.
- Expertise (or ability to quickly learn) call referral systems such as VectorCare, Aidin, RoundTrip, NEMT Cloud Dispatch, etc.
- Strong administrative and operational skills. You know how to keep things running smoothly, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance.
- People development & coaching experience. You thrive on mentoring, providing feedback, and inspiring teams to improve.
- A track record of consistency and accountability. Your team always knows what to expect, and you deliver.
- Technology-minded with a process-driven approach. You love automation, efficiency, and leveraging technology to improve outcomes.
- A passion for EMS and a relentless drive to improve patient transport coordination.
