Job Title: Director of Clinical Services (RN)
Location: Pittsfield, MA
Duration: 13 weeks with possible extensions
Shift: Days, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all clinical operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor, coach, and support clinical staff to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Streamline services and implement quality systems to meet home care regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Prepare, monitor, and enforce budgets and staffing patterns.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Active Massachusetts RN license required.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive nursing and management experience.
- BLS certification (AHA) required.
