Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. As an LVN, you will play a crucial role in patient assessment, treatment, and education, ensuring that each individual receives the best possible care tailored to their needs.
Duties
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess patient health and develop care plans.
- Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring timely interventions when necessary.
- Provide memory care support for patients with cognitive impairments.
- Administer botulinum toxin treatments as directed by supervising physicians.
- Operate neonatal ventilators for infants requiring respiratory support.
- Assist in physical examinations and document findings accurately.
- Perform venipuncture for blood draws and other laboratory tests.
- Manage acute pain through appropriate nursing interventions and medication administration.
Submission Requirement:
- 2 year of experience - Required
- BLS (AHA)
- LPN License
