Job Title: Home Health Nurse - LPN
Location: Lewes, DE
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, 8 hours/day, 40-hour guarantee)
Pay Rate:
- Gross: $48.00/hr. ($1,920 Weekly)
- Base Pay: $15.80/hr. (Taxable)
- Stipend: $1,288.00 Weekly (Tax free)
Responsibilities:
- Administer skilled nursing care in clients' homes as per physician's orders.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor patient progress.
- Provide education, supervision, and counseling to clients and caregivers.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and ensure Oasis documentation.
- Deliver treatments such as wound care, IVs, PleurX drains, Trachs, Peg tubes, and Telehealth.
- Utilize problem-solving and critical-thinking skills effectively.
Requirements:
- 2 years of Home Health experience, with Homecare Home Base expertise.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Flu vaccination (mandatory).
- Familiarity with Cerner Corporation - PowerChart 2012.01.22.
