* Certs BLS
* Ratios 1:16 max depending on census. Average census 30. 2-3 nurses working at a time. Primarily LPNs.
* Shifts 7-730.
* Floating - No, potentially helping hands/tasking in ED or Acute. This is not common.
* EMR Point Click Care
* Charge Nurse- Yes 1 per day.
* Nurse Aides 5 aides on days, 3 on nights.
* Weekend Requirement as needed
* Holidays Rotation with core staff.
* Scrub Color- Any color
* Floor specific orientation- 1-2 shifts as traveler is comfortable.
