Job Title: LPN LTC
Contract: 13 weeks
Location: West Union , IA, 52175, Good Samaritan Society
Shift: 6:00am - 6:30pm, 36 hrs, every 3rd
Pay rate: ($37 per hour for Local LPN under 80 miles) and
Travel pay:
Gross weekly: $1,400.00/week
Base pay: $20.00/hour (Taxable)
Weekly stipend: $686.00/week (Non Taxable)
Targeted State Date: ASAP
Required: BLS, LPN
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assures medications and treatments are administered to assigned residents following nursing standards of practice. Updates care plan as
needed.
Basic Responsibilities:
This position will be held accountable for complying with all related laws, regulations, company policies and procedures pertaining to his or her
position and for fulfilling his or her obligations under the organization's corporate compliance program.
