Job Title: Skilled Nursing RN Charge Nurse (Contract)
Location: Mandan, ND 58554
Position Type: Contract Clinician
Shift: 6:00am - 6:30pm (12-hour shifts)
Length of Assignment: 13 weeks (with possible extension)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments for all residents on admission and on an ongoing basis, in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other procedures as prescribed, following infection control procedures.
- Monitor the therapeutic effects and side effects of medications administered.
- Ensure proper documentation of resident condition changes, daily skilled nursing notes, and incidents according to policy.
- Assist in the quality improvement process, including audits and corrective procedures.
- Complete assigned portions of the MDS for Nursing and sign forms as required.
- Make rounds with physicians as assigned and notify families of resident condition changes.
- Direct and assist with resident, family, and significant other education regarding care plans.
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and assist with resident care.
- Supervise assigned staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Current state licensure as an RN is required.
- BLS certification is required.
- Previous experience in supervisory roles preferred.

Pay: $1,380.89 - $2,173.00 per week
