Obstetrics Manager (Management) - Days
Location: Petoskey, MI
Duration: 13 Weeks with possible extension
Shift Type: Day Shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 hrs/week)
Weekend Requirements: Possibly
On Call Requirements: Possibly
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the obstetrics unit, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with hospital policies.
- Lead and support the obstetrics team, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with medical staff, administration, and support teams to optimize patient care.
- Maintain accurate records using the Cerner EMR system.
- Adhere to the strict 3-strike attendance policy to ensure patient safety and continuity of care.
Requirements:
- Licensure: Active Michigan RN license.
- Experience: Previous OB leadership experience required.
- Certifications:
- BLS (AHA) - Required
- PALS - Required
- ACLS - Preferred
- Clinical Skills: Experience with newborns, pediatrics, and adults.
- EMR Experience: Familiarity with Cerner is a plus.
- Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $2,875.63 - $4,399.52 per week
