Job Summary:
As an Assistant Regional Director at Lifeline Homecare Inc., you will assist the Regional Director in overseeing and managing operations within a designated region in Kentucky. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality in-home care services to clients while upholding our commitment to assisting Kentuckians as they age-in-place at home.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, screen, interview, and select new CareGivers
- Facilitate orientation, new hire training, and annual training
- Maintain frequent communication with CareGivers
- Schedule CareGivers in a cost-efficient manner to meet clients’ service requirements
- Manage CareGiver schedules including change requests, absenteeism, and new client services
- Review and approve payroll information for CareGivers
- Assist with performance reviews and corrective actions for CareGivers
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation including personnel files and client records
- Provide home care services in the event a CareGiver is unable to perform the services
- Review new work order referrals and notify regional director
- Maintain a professional demeanor fostering open communication, respect, and teamwork
- Act as Regional Director in his/her absence
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Office/Business Management preferred
- 2 years of previous experience in caregiving and office administration preferred
- Combination of education and experience may be considered
- Labor Management/Scheduling/Talent Planning experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

Pay: $16.83 - $21.63 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
