Lifeline RGV LLC is a Non-Emergency Ambulance Company. We are looking to hire wheelchair van drivers. You will be working with patients, nursing home staff, and Medical Facilities, driving patients to and from their Scheduled medical appointment. Training is provided and will be paid.

Job Requirements: English (Required) & valid driver’s license with clean record (Required) Spanish is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have experience with patients care and good communication skills. Individual must be compassionate and caring. Bilingual individual would be ideal. You must be able to complete job assignments on a timely manner. If you have knowledge of Mission, McAllen and Pharr area it would be a strong plus. You must have the ability to adapt to varying work schedules. Individual needs to exhibits professional appearance and possess willingness to improve on daily assignments. We are looking for someone that is hard working and dedicated to "Patient Care."

Job Duties

The job duties will include the following, but are not limited to::

- Transporting non critical patients (wheelchair bound) to doctors appointments.

- Communicate with dispatcher and acknowledge transport directives

- Document transports and record information to logs.

- Maintaining Patients HIPPA regulations in accord with Confidentiality Laws

- Insect the vehicle assigned before starting the day.

Requirements for Job

- Available to work early shift (4am), Moring (8am), and Late (7pm) Mon- Sat

- Driving Record must be clean. No citation or tickets within Last 4 years.

- Must be 25 years or older - Auto Insurance coverage requirement.

- Must be physically able to lift, squat and push/pull.

- Adapt to driving, daily travels between facilities and doctor’s office as required.

- Resolving problems on an "as needed" basis

- Share problems relating to patients and/or staff, immediately to supervisors

- Other duties as assigned by management

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Mon-Fri (some times weekends) Flexible schedules offered. Pay depends on experience.
