We are seeking a qualified Assistant Center Manager for immediate placement in our Vascular Access Center located in Memphis, TN. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in general diagnostic, and special procedures, cardiac catheterization; experience in IR and Cath Lab is a plus.
The Assistant Center Manager will assist the Access Center Manager in managing the overall operations of a Lifeline Vascular Access Center including but not limited to quality assurance and patient care, financial management, physician relations, safety, risk management, teammate management, equipment maintenance and inventory and other required duties that may arise during the general operations of the center. The assistant manager ensures compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards as well as standards established by the Joint Commission (JCAHO) and compliance with other regulatory agency standards.. This is a challenging, fast-pace job with Monday to Friday schedule, NO nights and weekend shifts. Access Center hours Monday ? Friday, 7 am to 4 pm. Responsibilities and Duties:
Quality Assurance and Patient Care
Support Interventionist and clinical team to deliver high-quality outcomes, ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations, comply with all Lifeline clinical and business policies and procedures
Communication and Relationship Management
Assist with communications from Lifeline to practice and practice to Lifeline in a professional and tactful manner, assist with relationship of Lifeline to physicians and practice, coordinate communication with dialysis facilities in the community on a monthly basis to monitor outcomes and to schedule community educational outreach activities
Teammate Management
Assist Manager with all teammate employment activity such as hiring, promoting, job performance, evaluations, retention, and disciplinary actions.
Center/Equipment Management
Assist Manager to ensure that all supplies are ordered, inventory maintained, stored and used, maintain a working knowledge of the Lifeline Product Formulary and monitor the operational status of all medical equipment
Financial Management
Assist Manager with center budget and inventory, present and explain monthly financial information supplied by Lifeline to practice physicians and collaborate with reimbursement department to facilitate billing of access centers services
Experience:
Assistant Center Manager : 2 years (Preferred)
Scrub: 1 year (Preferred)
