How You Will Make an Impact
The Student Re-Engagement Technician is responsible for supporting the re-engagement efforts of Learn4Life schools by reaching out to students who have left the program and encouraging them to return and complete their education. This role is focused on building relationships with former students, nurturing leads, and guiding them back into enrollment through strategic and personalized outreach. The position leverages HubSpot CRM to track and manage re-engagement efforts and works closely with the enrollment team to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organizational goals. The Student Re-Engagement Technician reports to the Student Mentor Manager.

- Utilize HubSpot CRM to track and manage re-engagement efforts, ensuring accurate data entry and timely follow-up with former students.
- Support the implementation of lead nurturing campaigns by developing and maintaining workflows in HubSpot, including automation to enhance engagement with former students.
- Analyze and report on re-engagement efforts using reporting dashboards, providing insights into trends and effectiveness of outreach campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service to former students, fostering trust and enthusiasm about rejoining Learn4Life schools to complete their education.
- Collaborate with the enrollment team to align re-engagement strategies and ensure consistent messaging that supports overall enrollment goals.
- Develop personalized communication plans for former students, addressing barriers to re-enrollment and highlighting the benefits of returning to Learn4Life schools.
- Maintain a customer-first approach in all interactions, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for students.
- Attend staff meetings, workshops, and related events as assigned, actively contributing to team discussions and strategic planning.
- Adhere to all attendance policies and organizational guidelines, ensuring consistent availability to support re-engagement efforts.
- Perform administrative duties, responsibilities, and activities as assigned, with flexibility to adapt to evolving department needs.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM or similar platforms, including data entry, lead tracking, and creating reports and workflows.
- Understanding of inbound marketing, lead nurturing, and customer relationship management principles to effectively support re-engagement efforts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism to provide a top-tier customer experience.
- Ability to analyze data trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve re-engagement rates while maintaining excellent customer service.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual proficiency required; ability to fluently read, write, and speak English and another language (Spanish preferred).
- High School Diploma / General Education Diploma required.
- 1-2 years of clerical and administrative experience in a fast-paced office setting.
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and lead management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in a professional environment, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other technology applications.
- Strong proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English fluently.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed to support job duties.
- Capacity to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
