- Has a few years of experience under their belt or is a recent graduate with clinical experience
- Is confident in surgery and / or is looking to expand their skillset
- Would like to slow down and escape the typical fast-paced atmosphere of veterinary medicine
- Understands the importance of client education
- Communicates effectively, compassionately, and respectfully
- Values collaboration and wants to have direct input on the future of our hospital
