Position
This is a Full Time position Monday through Friday with some Saturdays. Benefits, PTO and paid time off.
Duties
- Greet and welcome patients
- Answer phones professionally and energetically
- Schedule, confirm and check out appointments
- Check out and review service and product costs
- Coordinate patient care activities to ensure optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans
- Assist in managing patient appointments, referrals, and follow-ups
- Provide administrative support in medical record management and documentation
- Establish and maintain rapport with patients
- Evaluate patient suitability for services with medical team
- Maintain product and service knowledge for practice to cross educate patients
- Ensure the safety of patients and team members
- Assure appearance and cleanliness of equipment and work space
- Verify and review intake, consent and medical history forms
- Ensure all patients concerns, questions and care are resolved professionally and with excellent customer service
Skills
- Proficiency in medical administrative support tasks
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week
