What are the responsibilities and job description for the Worship Ministry Staff position at Lifepoint Church?
This role is responsible for leading worship that engages and inspires both the unchurched and churched at Lifepoint Church.

Central Wins:
- Assist in bringing influence, coaching, and encouragement to the Campus Worship Directors who are led by the Campus Pastors, in the implementation of the Sunday strategy, systems and processes.
- Lead and coordinate “Second Stages” for central events at Lifepoint: Pray Day and Praise Party Events.
- Serve as Worship Leader among campuses based on need and/or strategy; as directed by Central Worship Team.
- Manage the audition process across campuses.
Campus/Local Wins:
- Be a connection between the Central Worship Team and Campus Pastors/Worship Leaders and help navigate any issues or tensions that arise with communication, relationships, or processes.
- Along with the Central Worship Team, assist with the development of worship leaders and bands across campuses according to each campus’ goals.
- Build and lead authentic worship teams and capture the hearts of our communities.
Young Adult Ministry Wins:
- Work alongside Family Pastor to coordinate LYA large group events/worship nights.
- Oversee and build teams for worship & production at LYA events/worship nights.
