IT Technical Support Analyst II
Status/FTE: FT / 0.8-1.0
Shift length: 8 hours
Start Time: 0800 - 1630
Unit: IT
Schedule Requirements (including weekends, holidays): Five (5) 8 hours shifts, M-F. On-call for one week every 3 weeks, includes additional on-call pay.
Required qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent experience in IT support.
- A , Net , MCP certifications or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive IT support experience.
- Knowledge of end-user hardware including desktop PCs, laptops, mobile devices and VOIP handsets.
- Customer service skills to be able to serve customers in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Must be flexible to be able to work variable days/shifts as needed.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Must be willing to be on call and available within 30 minutes on a rotating schedule.
Preferred qualifications:
- Prefer bachelor’s degree in IT and a minimum of 5 years of progressive IT support experience.
- MCDST, MCSA, CCNA or equivalent preferred.
- Desire support experience in a healthcare environment.
Additional Information/Department information: The Technical Support Analyst provides telephone, remote, and in-person technical support. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving incidents, service requests, change orders, and problems reported by CMC staff, partners and affiliates. Ability to give instruction and mentor Tech Support Analyst I and be a liaison for management.
