Minimum Qualifications

Curretly enrolled student of an accrediited School of Pharmacy

Current applicable state Pharmacy Intern License (PHRM IN) required.

Current BLS required
Essential Job Functional
- Control drug accountability and inventory management
- Automated drug distribution
- Sterile products preparation and daily IV systems management
- Performs computer order entry, billing, word processing
- Productivity and workflow management
- Completes new admission medication reconciliation
- The pharmacy intern will demonstrate knowledge of clinical pharmacy and apply this knowledge in performing clinical activities. All clinical activities will be performed under the direct supervision of a pharmacist and as appropriate to the intern’s level of education and experience. Clinical activities include those described in the staff pharmacist’s job description.

- Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Healthcare specific software
